7/19/13 marked the beginning of being 30 weeks pregnant. 

On 7/22/13, James and Mommy went to the doctor.

His heartbeat was at 142 bpm and he was measuring right on target.

Mommy was also measuring very healthy. 

Only 10 weeks to go!

Ayda tried to help me open the box of noodles. 

After attempting to use just her hands, 

she decided the knife and fork could help her. 

Morning routine: Ayda gets you to open the fridge, 

she grabs her drink of choice (Orange Juice or Milk), 

she unscrews the top and then lets you pour.

For a girl with a few words, she found the 

ice cream flash card to tell me what she wanted.

Even her stuffed Curious George knew

 that she needed a hug after a no nap day.

7/29/13: That moment when reality hits you that this is 

one of the last days of having a one year old and only child. 

Next month Ayda will turn two, start preschool, and 

then becomes a big sister in less then two months.
