Ayda has been getting ready for her brother's arrival.
Ayda loves bath time.
She told me "Goodnight" after we emptied all the water from the tub.
We only got her out with her kicking and screaming.
The Hickman family is packing up and moving again. Fourth house here we come!
Packing with an almost 21 month old is challenging.
It's completely different then when she was 9 months old
and when I was 7 months pregnant.
Ayda put on her shoes and fasten them all by herself.
It was tough work!
We got to see Aunt Holley and Uncle John.
Ayda was on happy toddler to see her Holley!
Who remembers this photo from July 29, 2012? It was Ayda's daily routine at the time. I had to clean out these cabinets this past Sunday. This is the first house that I have ever gotten emotional from leaving. All of these sweet memories are being packed up and Ayda will have to find new cabinets in exactly 29 days. Ayda will not remember this house or these cabinets, but there will be pictures and our stories to tell.
5/6/13: Ayda played till the last minute.
Daddy finally came home. Ayda was super excited!
5/7/13: Ayda helped make pizza!
3/10/13: Finally at 20 weeks. Only 20ish weeks more to go!
On our way to the lake with the cool kid!
It's May and the water is cold, but that doesn't stop Ayda!
The Story: When Ayda sits with her PaPaw and tries to get down,
he tries to trap her with his legs. Ayda has finally learned not to go that way!
Mother's Day 2013
Next Mother's Day, James will be on my other arm!
Mother's Day Fun! Making Banana Cream Ice Pops
Mother's Day Dinner was wonderful with these two very relaxed kids at Moe's
Ayda was very interested in her piggy bank.
We decided to give her money if she helped with the laundry.
Laundry was done by 7 a.m.

She loves a piano.
James is getting stronger and showing more personality.
He is completely different then Ayda.
At the doctor visit on 5/20 (21.3 weeks), James heart bpm was at 143.
Then the doctor took me off my workout routine
(which has been extremely hard for me to figure out what to do next).
Ayda in her church outfit: Red apron, pink crocs, golf ball,
blue headband, and purple Sophia the First Dress.
Lately our coffee table is a tent. It's amazing where it leads her imagination:
From bear hunts with the flashlight to playing Medical Tent
Ayda is getting ready for her baby brother.
She has watched me well enough to know
that you feed baby and then yourself.
5/23: Here's James! He finally figured out last night that he has more room then right next to my bladder. He started kicking above my belly button.
Ayda's First Swim Class:
Jumping in
Trying to get out of the pool all by herself.
Kicking and blowing bubbles
Drinking the rest of Mom's water
Ayda had a fever for four days and two doctor visits.
The final verdict was Fifth Disease.
During this time, we had a lot of fun laying in bed
and making shadow animals with Ayda's flashlight.
Ayda, also, had one spend the night in Mommy and Daddy's bed.
At Gram and Papaw's house for Memorial Day.
We finally were able to relax on Monday.
Still tired from being sick.
Trying to get back to our routine.
Breakfast and nap while Mommy and Daddy walk.
Too tired to eat lunch
5/31/13: 23 weeks
5/31/13: 23 weeks
5/27/13: Mommy had her very first ever Braxton Hicks contraction
when her stomach hit the pool's cold water to play with Ayda. Poor James.

Love Ayda's long hair! And you look so good, mama!
